Breana Greene is a personal chef working in the Santa Cuz area. Breana has been cooking professionally for almost 6 years. She has been trained in the field of culinary arts and hospitality management. Breana has a wide range of experience’s that enhance her passion for cooking. She has worked for many different clients , some with diet restrictions, raw food retreats, farmers markets, and ethnic food catering companies.
Traveling is very important to Breana, she has acquired a significant amount of culinary influence from her travels to Indonesia, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mexico and New England. She has experience with many types of cuisine, and loves to experiment with ethnic dishes, comfort foods, Raw, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and macrobiotic, all the while incorporating organic, fresh and local foods. Keeping an eye on what’s abundant at the local farmers market, Breana will plan her menu according to the season and your personal tastes.
Breana’s main focus while cooking is to get people reconnected to their “roots” by using local farm fresh produce and proteins .I maintain the integrity and health benefits of the food, without jeopardizing the flavor.
